Future Flight Academy was created to expose youth to life-changing opportunities they may never otherwise experience. We believe that when young people see what is possible, they begin to imagine a future they never thought was available to them.
Through aviation, drone technology, robotics, virtual reality, STEM education, leadership development, and workforce readiness training, we help young people unlock new possibilities — and the confidence to pursue them.

How We Got Here
Aerial Fixation was founded in 2023 to provide professional drone photography, aerial imaging, and technology services. Through years of collaboration with youth programs, workforce development initiatives, schools, community organizations, and the many individuals who invested in our founder's personal and professional journey, a vision began to take shape.
Along the way, mentors, educators, community leaders, and supporters helped cultivate the creativity, leadership, and entrepreneurial spirit that would ultimately inspire the creation of Future Flight Academy.
At the same time, our founder identified a persistent and growing need in underserved communities.
Many young people had never been exposed to aviation, emerging technologies, or the high-growth careers shaping tomorrow's workforce—not because of a lack of ability, but because of a lack of access.

Across communities nationwide, a significant opportunity gap exists. Many young people graduate without ever encountering the industries and careers that are rapidly defining the future of work. The result is limited awareness of the pathways that could transform their lives.

Girls in Flight will serve as Future Flight Academy's signature initiative dedicated to empowering young women through aviation, technology, and leadership. We believe every young woman deserves the opportunity to see herself as a pilot, an engineer, an entrepreneur, or a technology innovator.
